Why do we like to visit our clients?

What is our vetting process?
We undertake pre screening of all our candidates - we ensure that they have the right to work in the UK, confirm their identity, check references, previous employment history and any qualifications and cards to ensure they are suitable for the role.
Why do we need a brief?
Paramount Job will utilise our database and advertise for jobs from the brief received from the client. This enables you to get the right candidate for the role without wasting money on recruitment fees and ensuring that your brief holds as much information as possible.
What do our services cover?
We recruit tradespeople, labour and management personnel for the commercial and industrial construction industry throughout the Midlands and the South of the U.K.
How do we handle candidate referencing?
Our employees must have supplied us with at least 3 references who will be contacted during the pre screening process. Our reference checks are highly important to ensure our candidate have the right qualifications and skills for your role.
